fuel type on v5c.

I have got to the point where I am to-ing and fro-ing with the dvla about the work carried out to my bike, one thing has got me about the fuel type, has any one registered their bike as bio fuel or ppo or any other, and why is diesel classed as heavy oil? Ta, Andy.
